Appointment & Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online. A valid card is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled within 48 hours will result in a 40% cancellation fee.

• Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will also incur the 40% fee.

Guests

To maintain a calm and sanitary environment, no extra guests are permitted unless previously approved.

Health & Skin Considerations

Please disclose all medical consitions, allergies, medications, and skincare products prior to your appointment. This ensures your service is safe and effective.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals may be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees may apply.

No-Shows

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a 40% no show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.
